Editorial Policy

Shupa Diet publishes practical nutrition-adjacent and everyday meal-planning information with an emphasis on transparency, clear limitations, and tools that readers can use.

Originality comes first

Each newly published guide should offer an original reader benefit—such as a structured shopping list, ingredient substitutions, a decision framework, a step-by-step plan, or a worksheet. Copying a published article, changing a few words, copying a recipe from another publisher, or reposting an unrelated video is not our editorial standard. Earlier automated and third-party articles were taken out of public view on October 16, 2026. Reusing that material would require a new check of originality, permissions, source accuracy and reader value.

AI-assisted drafting and verification

AI tools may assist with outlines, writing and organization. AI-generated text is not medical expertise or a record of firsthand cooking or product testing. We seek to verify factual safety and nutrition claims against public-health or regulatory sources, identify their limits and cite relevant references. No article should claim that a named clinician reviewed it unless that review truly occurred. We do not automatically republish feeds or lightly rewrite other publishers’ articles.

What sources we use

For evidence-based claims, we aim to prioritize primary public-health, food-safety and regulator resources such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), World Health Organization (WHO), and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Sources are linked in context. Dates and specific recommendations can change; when they matter, readers should consult the current source.

Health and weight claims

  • No guide is individualized medical or nutrition advice.
  • We do not promise amounts of weight loss or imply a meal plan treats a medical condition.
  • We do not endorse detoxes, supplements, or ‘fat burners’ as proven shortcuts without reliable evidence and appropriate regulatory context.
  • We do not claim a clinician reviewed an article unless a named, qualified reviewer actually reviewed it.
  • We encourage medical guidance for diabetes, kidney disease, pregnancy, eating disorders, dietary restrictions, medication interactions, and other special circumstances.

Third-party media and rights

Third-party text, images and videos require suitable usage rights or other lawful permission. Credit does not itself grant permission, and illustrations must not imply hands-on testing that did not occur. If you believe material was misattributed or used incorrectly, provide the page address through our Contact form.

Products, advertisements and affiliate relationships

We clearly distinguish general food and shopping guidance from product advertising. An affiliate link is not a medical recommendation or proof that we purchased or tested the product. See Affiliate Disclosure.

Corrections
